Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026. Reges Launch is a service of LIKE A KING INC., a New York corporation ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By buying or using Reges Launch you agree to these Terms. If you buy for a company, you confirm you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not buy.

2. License to use the service

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this website and the report we deliver for your own business. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our website, tools, lists or methods to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract. You may not use the service from a country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or for a product we cannot lawfully promote. We may decline any order, with a full refund.

4. What you buy, pricing, billing and refunds

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your product name, logo, screenshots and texts. You give us a limited license to copy, adapt and submit them to directories for this order only. You confirm you have the right to that content and that it is accurate. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Recording other people

Not applicable: the service does not record audio, video, faces or voices. If your screenshots or videos show people, you are responsible for having their consent.

7. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Directories are independent third parties with their own terms, review rules and timelines; we are not responsible for their decisions, outages, removals or changes. Some directories show the submitting account; where a directory requires an account, we may submit through our own account on your behalf, and you can ask the directory to transfer or claim the listing where it allows that.

8. Acceptable use

We do not submit products that are illegal, adult, gambling, weapons, drugs, deceptive (fake reviews, scams, "get rich" schemes), that infringe someone else's rights, or that collect data unlawfully. You may not use the service to harass anyone or to submit something you do not own or represent. We may stop work and refund if a product breaks these rules.

9. Our intellectual property

Our name, website, directory list, description templates and report format stay ours. Suggestions you send us may be used freely. Copyright complaints go through the contact form.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Some texts may be drafted with AI tools and reviewed by us; AI output can contain mistakes, so check your report. This is a marketing service, not legal, financial or tax advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to cover claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your product, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You can cancel an order before work starts for a full refund. We may stop work if you break these Terms. Sections 4 (refund rules), 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16 survive. We keep order records as the law requires and delete your submitted materials within 90 days after delivery unless you ask sooner.

14. App Store terms

Not applicable: the service is not distributed through an app store.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

16. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. Any dispute that remains will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer or Commercial Rules, as applicable. Claims are brought only individually, not as a class or representative action. Either party may use small-claims court instead. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your purchase by telling us through the contact form.

17. State-specific notices

California: residents have the privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy (CCPA/CPRA); this is a one-time purchase, so California's automatic-renewal law does not apply. New York and other states with consumer privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others): see the Privacy Policy for your rights.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and the version in force when you paid applies to your order. Contact us only through the contact form.
